White Hall

Cancellation Policy

Last updated October 3, 2026.

The schedule below is a draft for White Hall to confirm. These numbers are not in force until White Hall signs them into your event agreement. If a signed agreement states different amounts or dates, the signed agreement controls.

Date holds and the deposit

A date hold expires if the deposit is not received by the date written in your proposal. Until that deposit arrives, White Hall may release the date.

More than 90 days out

Under this draft, a cancellation more than 90 days before the event forfeits the deposit only. No further share of the estimated total is due under this draft.

31 to 90 days

Under this draft, a cancellation from 31 to 90 days before the event forfeits 50% of the estimated total. Amounts already paid are applied to that figure.

Inside 30 days

Under this draft, a cancellation inside 30 days of the event leaves the estimated total due.

Weather, illness, and moving the date

Weather, illness, and requests to move the date are handled case by case. They are not a guaranteed refund. Any new date depends on what the hall still has open and on a revised proposal.

How to cancel

Cancel by phone at +1 347 656 5326 and follow any written notice your agreement requires. The date White Hall receives the notice is the date used for the schedule above, unless your signed agreement names a different rule.
