What the form collects
The inquiry form asks for your name, phone number, email address, occasion, preferred date, optional alternate date, estimated guest count, the services you want quoted, optional notes, and your consent to be contacted. The message we receive also includes the time it was sent and the IP address of the connection, so we can tell a real request from abuse.
A hidden field on the form is there to catch automated submissions. Leave it blank. If it is filled in, the inquiry is rejected.
Why we collect it
We use these details to answer a booking request: to check a date, prepare a walkthrough, and write a quote. We do not use the form to build an advertising list.
Who receives it
Inquiries are emailed to White Hall management at anilyarki@gmail.com and may be answered from that mailbox or by phone at +1 347 656 5326. The people who handle the hall, including General Manager Mr. Shayam Karki, can read that message. The company that hosts this website, and the service that delivers the email, process it only so the message can arrive.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with advertisers.
How long we keep it
This website does not store inquiries in a database. The copy lives in the hall’s mailbox. We keep an inquiry until it is closed, plus a reasonable period afterward for our records and for any question about that request or a later event agreement. A signed agreement may be kept for as long as the hall’s records require.
Asking us to delete it
Call the hall at +1 347 656 5326 and ask for the inquiry to be deleted. Say the name and date you used on the form. Management will delete the mailbox copy unless a signed event agreement, a payment record, or a legal duty requires that a copy be kept.
Cookies, fonts, and the map
White Hall does not set advertising cookies. Submitting the form starts a short-lived session cookie so the same browser cannot send an identical email and date twice in a short window. That cookie is not used to follow you around the web.
The company that hosts the site may set a technical cookie needed to serve the page. Headline and body type are loaded from Google Fonts, and Google may receive your IP address when those files are requested.
